Driven to Deliver™, Shin-Etsu MicroSi became part of the Shin-Etsu group in 1989. Throughout its history Shin-Etsu MicroSi has been a dedicated supplier to the semiconductor and microelectronics industries, through its customer-focused product research, development and manufacturing.
2009 marks the 20th anniversary of the partnership between MicroSi, the Phoenix semiconductor materials subsidiary and Shin-Etsu, the large Japanese chemical company. The collaboration has produced a greatly expanded product line and growth far exceeding the industry standard.
From its corporate and manufacturing headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, Shin-Etsu MicroSi supplies the most advanced technologies and innovative products world-wide. As a subsidiary of Shin-Etsu Chemical Company, LTD., MicroSi is backed by the technical strength of one of the world’s largest suppliers to the semiconductor industry.
