Shin-Etsu MicroSi’s TC series products are used for thermal conductivity and electrical insulation for power transistors and power modules. Their additional ability to dampen vibrations makes them ideal for semiconductor devices such as CPU’s and electrical components. The ability to dissipate large amounts of heat enhances their use for thermal fuses and temperature sensors.
These products are designed for thermal stress relief and are produced in various forms and thicknesses depending upon your specific requirements. Custom specified products are also available.
