  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or other fields relevant to Photolithography is required.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on semiconductor process related experience in a semiconductor fab, including cleanroom equipment, lithography equipment, and related metrology is required.
  • Coursework or proven experience showing strong statistical analysis skills, including design of experiments and data analysis is required.  Experience with JMP or other statistical analysis software is helpful.
  • Experience working with EUV materials is preferred.
  • Broad understanding of multiple patterning processes, etch process, and material quality is beneficial.

The responsibilities of this role require the physical ability to safely wear or utilize all required cleanroom apparel and personal protective equipment.  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are expected.  The ability to reach low-lying areas, climb ladders up to 5.0’ in height, balance on platforms, and reach to lift up to 15.0lbs held away from the body is frequently required.  Working with chemicals in a semiconductor fab also requires the ability to smell to detect chemicals or chemical reactions, and the ability to recognize and interpret audible and color-coded equipment notification.
