Scutum® PM

Inorganic Undercoating for use with Tersus® EN Photocatalyst Coating.

The Scutum PM is designed to be used as an undercoat for the Tersus EN when the substrate is highly porous (such as concrete). The Tersus EN is mostly water and would be absorbed deep into the porous substrate, preventing the exposure of UV. The Scutum PM acts as the primer keeping the Photocatalyst material on the surface.

Description

  • Silicone emulsion that is intended for highly porous substrates such as bare concrete.
  • Creates a layer coating layer on the top of the substrate allowing for the Tersus® to sit on the surface.

 

Scutum® PM is specifically designed to be used with the Tersus® EN photocatalyst coating.
